SearchGold Resources Inc. (TSX.V - RSG) is a mining exploration company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties in Africa. SearchGold is presently working on its Mandiana gold project in Guinea, the flagship of the Company and has a carried interest in the Guéguéré gold project in Burkina Faso. Also, as a result of various transactions, SearchGold holds some interest in the form of investments in a few exploration companies and a Net Smelter Return (NSR) in the Bakoudou-Magnima project located in Gabon where gold production is scheduled to start in Q1 2012.

SearchGold's primary corporate objective in 2012 is to build further stockholder value through the exploration and development of the Mandiana gold project and additional acquisitions of merit, capitalizing on the significant experience of the Management with mineral exploration, production, corporate finance, investment banking and deal making, with a special focus on Africa.
